A St. James Parish WIC Office is a local branch of the Federal Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (SNAP) for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). St. James Parish WIC programs provide nutrition assistance for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, infants, and children.
